Account Status
After registering your account status is unverified, which means your account is limited to send emails to maximum of 500 email addresses per day. If you send your campaign to more than 500 addresses the campaign delivery will be suspended and our support staff is notified to verify the content of the messages and resume delivery. After the approval by our staff your campaign delivery will be resumed and delivered to all email recipients.
To avoid delays caused by reaching the daily limit contact our support and request account verification. Verification is a simple process where our staff evaluates your account history, past emails and company records. We may request you to send us proof of registration of your company or any other document to confirm your identity.
Verified accounts have no daily limits.
In case your emails will be considered as spam, or in any violation to terms & conditions, your account will be terminated.
Verification applies to Mailkit Base clients only. Mailkit Syndicate account holders have no limitations and they are verified during the upgrade procedure
