My Account

The My account page in the Profile gives you a complete overview about your account. It shows your account status and type (Base or Syndicate), the amount of emails sent and billing details of company. Is also possible to change your password and verificate your email here or make a request to upgrade your account by clicking the upgrade button .

Email address management

To increase security and avoid spammers Mailkit requires use of validated email addresses for sending emails. To start sending your campaigns you need to setup your email addresses in your profile and validate them by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to the email address entered. Only the verified email addresses are available for your use in your campaigns. The validation is processed immediatelly causing no delay for you to start sending your campaigns.

Its also the first place to look at before starting to use Mailkit, as you will need to buy credit to send emails. This is done by clicking the Buy Credit button and selecting the payment method (more at Payments).
