Payments

The Payments page in the Profile gives you a complete overview about your payments. It shows your account status and type (Base or Syndicate), the amount of emails sent, access to billing information, as well as transaction history.

Click the button requests to upgrade to Syndicate account.

The account administrator can also change the billing details of the company account belongs to and process payments using various payment methods.

Click the button or display buying credits form.

  • Wire Transfer - wire transfers are processed in an offline mode meaning your credits will be added to your account as soon as we receive the transfer. Thanks to our connection with the bank the payments are processed automatically as soon as the funds arrive to our bank account.
  • Paypal - when you pay with Paypal, you do not expose your credit card number to the merchant. The payments made using Paypal are processed online and the credits ordered will be available immediatelly after completing your payment.
  • Moneybookers - this online payment method allows you to make an immediate payment using your Moneybookers account. If you don't have any, it's easy to create a new one. Moneybookers payment system will allow you to deposit funds using wire transfer, checks as well as credit card. The payments made using Moneybookers are processed online and the credits ordered will be available immediatelly after completing your payment.
  • Western Union - Western Union paymens are available worldwide. This offline payment system will allow you to make your credit orders very fast and the amount transferred will be credited to your account immediatelly after we receive your funds at the local western union office.

For each completed payment an invoice is automatically issued and available for download in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The invoices will be issued with credentials you have supplied during the registration. If you find a mistake in the credentials or your credentials have changed, please contact our support to request the change.
