User Management

One of the advantages of Syndicate account is the possibility of adding user accounts to allow your co-workers or 3rd parties to manage your account. The user management allows you to create unlimited number of user accounts and assign them 4 different levels of access rights:

• Administrator - the administrator of the Syndicate account with full rights to access all the features and settings. The creator of the Mailkit Account is automatically administrator, but in case you want to have multiple administrators you can assign administrator rights to other users as well.
• Editor - the editor can manage the campaigns, templates, mailing lists and see the reports, but can not start nor schedule any email delivery except for test emails.
• Publisher - the publisher has the same rights as editor, but can start or schedule campaigns to deliver.
• Reporter - the reporters can only access the campaign reports. This account type is best for marketing and sales personel.
